What You'll Do

As a Seasoned Project Manager / Site Superintendent, you'll be directly responsible for overseeing all aspects of active job sitesfrom planning and coordination to execution and final handover. You'll work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and to spec. Your leadership will be key to keeping our projects on track, our standards high, and our team moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction projects from start to finish with full accountability for schedules, budgets, and site management.
• Serve as the on-site leader and a liaison between Boone, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Manage daily field operations and ensure projects are completed to design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues in real time to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Conduct site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and ensure all trades are coordinated efficiently.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, keeping them informed and confident throughout the build.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in residential and commercial construction preferred.
• Proven ability to run job sites independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and scheduling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate crews and hold subcontractors accountable.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Buildertrend preferred) and general computer literacy.
• A degree in construction management or a related field is a plus
• Extensive field experience is important
